Piezo device is effective on bone tissue and does not damage the soft tissue and vessels. Since there is no soft tissue and vascular damage, postoperative bruising and swelling are less compared to the conventional method.
Occasionally, unwanted fractures may occur during bone cutting and remodelling process carried out with conventional devices. Piezo surgery allows performance of this operation in a controlled manner.
