Solange dieses Sekret in normalen Mengen vorhanden ist, ist es gesund und sch\u00fctzt den \u00e4u\u00dferen Geh\u00f6rgang vor Infektionen. Bei manchen Menschen wird zu viel Sekret produziert, um den \u00e4u\u00dferen Geh\u00f6rgang zu blockieren. Ohrenschmalz, das nach dem Meer, Pool oder Bad Wasser aufnimmt, schwillt an und verstopft den \u00e4u\u00dferen Geh\u00f6rgang. Der Patient kommt mit einer Beschwerde \u00fcber H\u00f6rverlust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Behandlung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn das Ohrenschmalz den \u00e4u\u00dferen Geh\u00f6rgang blockiert und einen vollst\u00e4ndigen H\u00f6rverlust verursacht hat, sollte dieser gereinigt werden. Die ideale Reinigungsmethode besteht darin, die Stopfen unter dem Mikroskop mit einer K\u00fcrette oder Aspiration zu entfernen.
